    OurOccupational Medicine Provider will performbaseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and followup on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.

    Required Qualifications:

    + NP or PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA)

    + Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substance required

    + Current AZ license or eligibility

    + ACLS/BLS required

    + Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics is preferred, but new grads will be considered

    + Mentorship available

    + Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required

    + The ability to read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests is a plus or obtain training within 6 months of employment
