Your Role as a Hospice Liaison:

This is more than a sales role—it's a mission. In this position, you will:

+ Educate healthcare providers and families on the unique value of hospice care

+ Build trusted relationships with referral sources who value integrity and excellence

+ Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth, compassionate care transitions

+ Serve as a respected ambassador for Elara at community events and outreach opportunities

+ Help families access the care they need, when and where they need it most

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

+ Experience in medical sales, post-acute care, or DME preferred

+ Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills

+ Self-starter mentality with a collaborative, team-first approach

+ Clear communicator and strategic thinker

+ A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
