The leader of the team has been with the community over 11 years.     Duties Include:

    + Directing and developing nursing staff

    + Promote and restores the patients’ health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area

    + Ensuring nursing operational standards are met

    + Conduct resident assessments and evaluations, coordinate resident care management, and perform necessary RN duties

    + Collaborating with the Physician and the interdisciplinary team
