Job Description
Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring for a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to support and enhance their AI-powered knowledge assistant tool that empowers customer service representatives by intelligently searching across 30+ data sources and delivering natural language responses to member inquiries in real time. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines that integrate with 15+ systems, designing algorithms to improve search relevance and response accuracy, and leveraging tools like Python, SQL, BigQuery, and Excel within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement NLP and GenAI features, ensure data quality through unit testing and software engineering best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer support experience through data-driven insights and innovation. This role is fully remote.

Skills and Requirements
510 years of professional experience in data science
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and AI integration.
Experience with SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
Hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform
Experience with BigQuery Experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering.
Background in software engineering and unit testing. null
