    Job Description:

    The primary responsibility of this position is to support and manage activities related to the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of incoming new students for the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM ) Undergraduate Programs Office. This role requires providing exceptional customer service to students while effectively coordinating with faculty and academic program directors.

     

    The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of four years of experience in program/project development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
