    Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and customer service? We’re looking for an **Accounts Receivable Specialist** with at least **2 years of experience** to join our growing finance team!

     

    • About the Role:

     

    As our AR Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the invoicing and collections process, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely cash flow. This is a great opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

     

    • Responsibilities:

    + Generate and send accurate invoices to customers

    + Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

    + Follow up on overdue payments via email and phone

    + Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

    + Maintain up-to-date records of all AR transactions

    + Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close

    + Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams

    • Requirements:

    + Minimum **2 years of experience** in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role

    + Solid understanding of AR principles and best practices

    + Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
