    + **7pm to 7am Schedule with Rotating Weekends**

    + Cover 1 single unit based on experience and preference

     

    What will you be doing?

     

    + Provide compassionate skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services.

    + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    + Offer education and support to patients and their families regarding health and recovery

    + Participate in the development and execution of individualized care plans.

    + Assist in pain management and other therapeutic interventions to enhance patient comfort and recovery.

    Requirements:

    + Completions of an accredited LPN program.

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
