As a BV Fleet Accident and Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting detailed information about vehicle accidents involving our fleet and filing claims with our insurance provider. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate reporting of incidents to facilitate efficient claim processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and document comprehensive information about vehicle accidents, including photos, witness statements, and police reports. • Communicate with drivers and other involved parties to gather necessary details. • Prepare and submit insurance claims promptly and accurately. • Follow up with insurance providers to ensure claims are processed efficiently. • Maintain organized records of all accidents and claims. • Collaborate with the fleet management team to implement safety measures and reduce future incidents. • Analyze accident data to identify trends and recommend preventive measures. • Develop and deliver training programs for drivers on accident prevention and reporting procedures. • Coordinate with legal teams on claims involving litigation. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

• Previous experience in a similar role or in fleet management.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years DOT and/or Fleet administration.
