Description
Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant for the International Stores, Tax Leadership Team. This position combines high-level executive
support, multitasking for a motivated individual with a history of high performance to support multiple Tax Directors.
The position will be based in Amazon’s Washington corporate office. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complex calendar management, travel bookings, expense management, event planning, space management and stakeholder relationships across global operations.
- Strategic planning and execution of high impact corporate initiatives, as well as ad-hoc project management.
- This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, allowing you exposure to broad and diverse areas of the Amazon business and the opportunity to work with senior leadership teams on a multitude of exciting tasks.
- You will be responsible for organizing agendas and ensuring optimum manager productivity, including ensuring successful follow up of action items, preparing documentation for meetings, assisting with presentations, review of critical communications for executive audiences and a variety day to day administrative tasks.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio)
