Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

As a Full-Time LPN, you will be a key member of our healthcare team, providing hands-on care to our residents. Your daily responsibilities will include:

+ **Monitoring patient health** and administering medications

+ Assisting with **activities of daily living** , such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

+ **Collaborating with healthcare teams** to implement and adjust care plans

+ **Communicating with residents and families** , offering support and education about the care process

+ Ensuring that **patient records are accurate** and that safety protocols are followed

+ Working on a **12-hour shift schedule** with rotating weekends, which provides a balanced work-life rhythm while ensuring comprehensive patient coverage
