    By joining the DHR team, you would serve as a trusted Systems and Data Specialist, providing integrated and innovative human resources solutions for agencies across the State of Idaho. This classified position will operate under the guidance of DHR leadership and will be located at the DHR Central Office located in Boise, ID.

    Summary:

    This position will provide system support and triage requests from agencies, process agency action approvals, analyze data, and make suggestions on improvements.

    Responsibilities:

    HR Systems Support and Data Management

     

    + Provide technical support and guidance for HR professionals using HR Systems.

    + Assist agencies with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting through ticketing system.

    + Review and approve HR request & workflow items.

    + Collaborate with agencies to optimize system use, reporting, and date management.

    + Luma/Infor experience is preferred.

     

    Process Improvement & System Enhancements

     

    + Work with the Systems and Data Manager to improve system efficiency, functionality, and usability.

    + Recommend and implement enhancements for HR processes.

    + Support system upgrades and new feature implementation.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Good knowledge of:

    + Project management

    + Organizational/business analysis and evaluation

    + Process improvement methodology
