    Robert Half's financial services client builds financial ecosystems that help fast-growing companies scale with purpose. Now, they’re looking for a Senior Accountant who wants to lead the charge.

    What You'll Do

     

    As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be a critical member of the Finance team — part detective, part architect, and all-around financial expert. You’ll:

     

    + Own month-end and year-end close processes with obsessive accuracy

    + Reconcile accounts, review journal entries, and manage general ledger integrity

    + Prepare financial statements and internal management reports

    + Lead revenue recognition and cost tracking for multiple client portfolios

    + Guide junior accountants and review their work for accuracy and learning

    + Partner with client leads to deliver insight-driven financial advice

    + Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and internal policies

    + Find ways to streamline workflows, automate where possible, and level-up the function

    Requirements

    Who You Are

     

    + 4+ years of accounting experience (public or private)

    + Proficient with accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP)

    + Deep understanding of GAAP and general ledger structure

    + Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple clients or projects

    + Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities

    + A natural leader with strong communication skills (mentorship experience is a plus)

    + CPA preferred but not required
