Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive multiple initiatives to successful completion within established deadlines. This is a long-term contract opportunity based in Indianapolis, Indiana, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at managing complex workflows. The role requires a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Define and communicate clear work streams and project objectives to team members.
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet and Atlassian Jira to track project progress and maintain transparency.
• Monitor budgets and control spending to ensure financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address project challenges and drive resolutions.
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of CRM and ERP systems to meet business needs.
• Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation to ensure accountability and clarity.
• Ensure all projects adhere to established quality standards and compliance requirements. Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Atlassian Jira, and other project management software.
• Strong familiarity with Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and budget management processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle complex initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the construction industry or related fields is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
