Description We are looking for an experienced Product Liability Attorney to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role is ideal for a mid- to senior-level litigation associate with a strong background in handling complex product liability cases. You will be responsible for managing cases from start to finish, including trial preparation, while contributing to the success of a dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of product liability cases, including discovery processes, depositions, expert witness preparation, motion practice, and client communications.

• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with minimal supervision.

• Develop effective litigation strategies in collaboration with partners and clients to achieve case objectives.

• Coordinate and oversee case timelines, deadlines, and budgets to ensure efficiency.

• Represent clients during court hearings, mediations, and trials as required.

• Participate in business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making.

• Maintain expertise in relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal counsel.

• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Requirements

Skills and Experience:

• JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience

• Current Texas Bar admission

• Understanding of current state and federal procedures

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

• Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
