    Orlando company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst. The company is looking for a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Sr. Financial Analyst will include, but not limited to the following.

     

    -- Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

     

    -- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support projections, analyze profitability and assess strategic initiatives.

     

    -- Partner with business leaders to develop models and reporting that provide actionable insights to operational leaders.

     

    -- Develop and maintain profitability models.

     

    -- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

     

    -- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards.

     

    -- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and performance management.

     

    -- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

    Requirements

    - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

     

    - 3+ years of experience.

     

    - Analytical problem solving skills.

     

    - Collaboration/Teamwork – build relationships across departments
