Description We’re seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst to join our enterprise IT infrastructure team. This role is critical in providing advanced technical support and network troubleshooting, with a focus on Cisco networking, Palo Alto firewalls, and SolarWinds monitoring tools. As a senior escalation point, you’ll diagnose complex network issues, drive infrastructure improvements, and support strategic network initiatives across a dynamic and secure enterprise environment.

Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex network issues involving routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Design, configure, and optimize Cisco enterprise networks (including Nexus, Catalyst, ISR/ASR platforms). Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, and Prisma Access environments. Utilize SolarWinds NPM/NTA for real-time network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and incident resolution. Perform root cause analysis for network outages, application performance issues, and security incidents. Collaborate with architecture and security teams to implement new designs and ensure best practices. Create and maintain network documentation, runbooks, and change records. Assist in network lifecycle management, including hardware refreshes and firmware upgrades. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours escalation support. Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in network engineering or network analyst roles. Expert-level knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies (OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, QoS). In-depth experience with Palo Alto firewall platforms and security rule management. Advanced proficiency in SolarWinds for network monitoring and alert tuning. Strong understanding of network security, including VPN, IPsec, SSL, and Zero Trust concepts. Excellent troubleshooting and packet analysis skills (e.g., using Wireshark). Solid experience with change control, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and documentation tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. CCNP (Cisco Certified Network detail oriented) PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) SolarWinds SCP or equivalent experience. Call today for Immediate Consideration!
