    Position Overview

    As Corporate Treasury Analyst, you will play an important role in managing the organization's financial assets, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash flow. You will analyze financial data, forecasting risks, and implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency and compliance. Reporting to the Vice President, Treasury Manager, you will interact regularly with other members of the Finance Team including CFO, Controller and Managers of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

    + Develop and maintain cash management banking solutions across business segments.

    + Prepare and analyze financial and banking reports, including cash flow projections borrowing base certificates and covenant compliance analyses (actual versus projected).

    + Execute treasury operations, such as bank transactions (daily cash reporting, setup of electronic payments and transfers, troubleshooting of daily transaction issues, check reversals, stop payments, and positive pay reviews), investment activities, and debt capital management (bank line of credit, early termination and refinancing of existing term debt).

    + Prepare, review and maintain Treasury department policies and procedures in coordination with the Compliance Controller.

    + Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate financial risks.

    + Research and implement process improvements to enhance treasury operations.

     

    Additional Responsibilities working Directly with Treasury Manager

     

    + Investment Portfolio Management: Assist in managing the company's investment portfolio, evaluating performance, and making recommendations to optimize returns while managing risk.

    + Foreign Exchange Management: Analyze and implement strategies for foreign currency hedging and exchange rate risk mitigation.

    + Funding and Capital Management: Support in identifying and evaluating funding opportunities, managing debt structures, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.

    + Treasury Technology Oversight: Lead initiatives to enhance treasury technology systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.

    + Compliance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for auditors, funders, and financial service providers and board committees to ensure compliance with financial regulations and covenants

    + Financial Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends to assess exposure to risks such as interest rates, foreign exchange, or commodity prices.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

    + 3-6 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a similar role.

    + Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, Treasury Management Systems, etc.)

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

    + Knowledge of financial regulations and financial compliance standards.

     

    Additional Preferred Skills

     

    + Experience with foreign exchange and hedging strategies.

    + Familiarity with corporate finance and investment principles.

     

    Compensation: $75,000 to $80,000
