AAA Smart Home Sales Agents receive:

+ Starting Pay: $23.00 guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission potential (T otal average first year earnings range from $60K to 100K)

+ Full Time: 40 Hours a week position with Holidays off!

+ Training Info:​ 4 weeks p aid training

+ Schedule: We offer a great full-time schedule, perfect for those who enjoy their evenings, weekends, and holidays off! Enjoy a remote work environment working from home

What you will do:

+ Drive sales through outbound call campaigns and achieve monthly assigned sales goals.

+ Provide an exceptional member experience with each member interaction.

+ Source and develop leads while consistently following-up on leads and unsold quotes by phone and e-mail

+ Utilize sales skills to upsell products based on the members' individual needs.

+ Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal

+ Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

What you will need:

+ High school diploma/GED (required)

+ Minimum of 1-2 years' direct work experience in inside or outside sales capacity

+ Be self-motivated and results driven

+ Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with Members

+ Excellent multitasking and computer skills

+ Exceptional verbal communication skills

+ Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen
