Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP HANA solutions ensuring seamless integration with finance and accounting data models. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data orchestration and provisioning processes. Your expertise in SAP HANA technologies and TRINO based technologies will drive performance and secure data management contributing to the organization’s strategic goal.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP HANA solutions to optimize data processing and storage.

• Oversee the integration of SAP HANA SDQ and SDI for efficient data quality management and integration.

• Provide expertise in SAP HANA Performance Tuning to ensure optimal system performance and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop robust data models that support business objectives.

• Implement HANA Sizing strategies to ensure scalable and efficient resource allocation.

• Manage HANA Security protocols to safeguard sensitive financial data and maintain compliance.

• Utilize HANA Data Tiering techniques to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

• Leverage HANA Cloud Data Lake for advanced data analytics and insights.

• Drive Data Orchestration initiatives to streamline data flow across systems and applications.

• Oversee SAP HANA Data Provisioning processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability.

• Implement SAP HANA SLT for real-time data replication and synchronization.

• Develop HANA Stored Procedures and SQL Scripts to automate complex data operations.

• Lead HANA Data Modeling efforts to create efficient and scalable data structures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP solutions.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong expertise in SAP HANA XSA and related technologies.

• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP HANA SDQ SDI and Performance Tuning.

• Have experience in HANA Sizing Security and Data Tiering.

• Show capability in managing HANA Cloud Data Lake and Data Orchestration.

• Exhibit knowledge in SAP HANA Data Provisioning and SLT.

• Proficient in developing HANA Stored Procedures and SQL Scripts.

• Skilled in HANA Data Modeling and integration with finance and accounting data models.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 (SPS05)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
