• Corrugator Supervisor

    Daily operational responsibilities, implementing and maintaining systems, driving manufacturing improvements as well as leading, coaching, motivating and engaging the work teams to accomplish operational objectives.

     

    This is a 3rd shift position.

    Primary Duties

    \u2022 Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels set by management

    \u2022 Communicate standards to the team

    \u2022 Establish high morale with in department by showing fairness, consistency.

    \u2022 Effectively communicate operational information in both oral and written format at all levels: crew members, other supervisors, plant management, office personnel and outside customers and vendors

    \u2022 Actively promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality and other programs and initiatives utilized within the organization

    \u2022 May be assigned to other projects and duties

    Job Qualifications

    \u2022 5 years of Corrugator experience in lieu to Degree will be considered

    \u2022 Bachelor's degree in business, in industrial packaging or a related field (i.e. manufacturing industry) preferred

    \u2022 Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal and written), dealing with individuals at all levels; comfortable to represent the company in the best possible light, using various means of communication (presentations, customer briefs etc.)

    \u2022 High energy, with the ability to work in fast-paced environment

    \u2022 Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate & develop both senior and junior level staff

    \u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office

    \u2022 Self-motivated and committed individual, strong work ethic

    \u2022 Excellent analytical skills, methodical approach and commercial acumen
