    **Must live in Pennington, NJ or Charlotte, NC or Newark, DE**

    + **Pay:** $93.31 / HR based on experience

    + **Shift/Hours:** Hybrid Role / 3 days onsite 2 days offsite

    + Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

     

    Hybrid role- During training will need to be onsite 5 days a week- After fully trained will need to be on-site ATLEAST 3 days a week.

    Job Description:

    This position is for a competent Data Analyst with experience in:

    + Python, R, Excel, SQL query language, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or any other relevant data analysis and/or visualization, reporting tools to join our dynamic technology resiliency team.

     

    This candidate will work within the Global Technology Resiliency & Business Continuity (GRBC) Planning and Testing Operations team and play a crucial role in helping manage and reduce technological risk and maintain regulatory compliance within our technology resilience planning and testing programs.

    Requirements:

    + Demonstrated experience in getting, cleaning and understanding data using Python, R, Excel or similar data analysis toolsets

    + Demonstrated experience in various data analysis techniques such as qualitative and quantitative analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics, regression, simulations, time series analysis, data visualization, etc.

    + Functional knowledge/awareness of application technology design – full stack design, infrastructure, data protection, capacity, recovery/resiliency, performance, risk management

    + Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and work independently with minimal direction

    + Strategic and analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail

    + Strong written & verbal communication skills

    + Embraces and drives changes

    + Learns and adapts quickly

    + Drives positive energy across the team

    **Pay Details:** $93.31 per hour
