As the Operations Manager Title and Escrow, your primary role is to establish and optimize operational processes for Upward Title in Washington, a new market for the company. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing efficient workflows, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and leveraging technology to enhance overall operational effectiveness. Your primary focus will be on setting up and standardizing processes at the branch level, ensuring proper workflow with the National Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Process Design:** Develop the company operational processes to optimize efficiency of the escrow assistants and escrow officers in customer-facing roles. Collaborate with National Operations Center to develop and integrate a standardized workflow between NOC and the branches including integration of title code book, title process and production and title curative. Create workflow and system integration with all title software.

+ **Technology Setup:** Support technology in the development and optimization of our systems for Washington state. Optimize document libraries and templates for Washington state operations.

+ **Training and Documentation:** Provide guidance, training, and support to national teams on Washington state procedures and norms to ensure a high level of team performance. Maintain thorough documentation of operational procedures and updates. Assist in the creation and implementation of a clock hour real estate school for agents. Align new classes, schedules, and approvals form the Dept. of Licensing. Be available to teach clock hour classes and direct sales to do the same in conjunction with senior leadership.

+ **Collaboration with Stakeholders:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to integrate process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships. Partner with national implementation team to locate and start up new office locations.

+ **Title Production Integration: Set** up all title integration with plant vendors (DataTrace or Property Insight), create and manage recording processes and systems.

Qualifications:

+ Must live in the state of Washington

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations preferably in the real estate or title industry.

+ Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and optimizing workflows.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

+ Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements at the WA state and local level.
