**2nd shift:** Mon-Thurs. 3:15PM-12:45PM, Friday 2:15PM-10:45PM (Every other Friday off)

What You’ll Do
Bring your hands-on skills and a great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing. Whether you have prior production experience or are eager to get started, you’ll be trained to:
+ Operate tools and equipment to assemble aerospace lighting and panels
+ Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production
+ Perform quality checks to meet aerospace standards
+ Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving
+ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team
+ Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed
+ Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities, however as successful associates train their peers via on the job/peer to peer training. Excellent and participative communication skills are rewarded at LSI.

Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, common fractions and decimals.
Technical Skills
Production employees are assigned a computer and should be proficient in turning it on, navigating Windows, completing forms in a web browser, searching and reading electronic documents, using email and chat, completing a timesheet and more.
Reasoning Ability
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Possess the ability to identify problems, deal with them, and work towards a solution.
Physical Demands *
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position involves lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

Compensation
$18.50-$24.50/hour with 10% shift differential
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
