Data Analyst Developer

System One has partnered with a growing organization, based in Oklahoma, that is seeking a skilled Data Analyst Developer to enhance their data analytics capabilities. In this role, you will support performance measures, data collection, reporting, and data visualization. You will develop and refine data visualization solutions, including coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in researching and planning analytic solutions for both existing and emerging organizational challenges. This is a full-time, permanent position offering full benefits for someone to work on a remote basis. Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with IT and business teams to address high-priority analytical concerns.
+ Design and implement data visualization solutions in line with institutional standards.
+ Document and build business logic for metrics to enhance self-sufficiency in data access.
+ Collaborate with training staff to create job aids and training materials.
+ Assist in maintaining metadata tables and reports to improve navigation and data governance within the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics, or data management.
+ Epic Caboodle and Clarity experience, along with Power BI and MS SQL expertise.
+ Certification in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) required within 6 months; Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.
+ Strong programming skills in R, Python, and SQL, with a comprehensive understanding of data management principles.
