Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance Manager specializing in Supply Chain to partner with leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic sourcing. This role involves preparing and presenting financial expectations, providing key financial insights, and supporting business strategy decisions. This role will start on an interim basis with potential to be brought on permanently.

Responsibilities:

+ Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic sourcing leaders.

+ Prepare and present financial expectations and results to functional teams.

+ Teach and assist in navigating business using financial and operational metrics.

+ Indirectly supervise forecasting and budgeting processes.

+ Analyze financial statements and report on business performance, including revenue and expenses.

+ Provide decision support and insights for profitable business strategy implementation.

+ Develop business cases and perform metric analysis.

+ Support senior management with reporting tasks, including monthly business reviews and KPI reports.

Qualifications:

+ Financial reporting and analysis.

+ Forecasting and budgeting.

+ Experience with Oracle and finance reconciliation.

+ 6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in decision support.

+ BA/BS Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA preferred.

+ Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills.

+ Experience with BI tools (OBIEE, Essbase).

+ Experience in developing and improving monthly/quarterly processes and tools.

+ Strong business acumen and understanding of profit growth drivers.

+ Attention to detail and ability to present complex information to a diverse audience.

Work Environment:

This role supports enhancing customer experience and maximizing company performance. You will report to the CFO with no direct reports but have hands-on daily responsibilities. The position offers a hybrid office schedule (Tuesday-Thursday in-office) at a downtown location with parking available nearby. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
