Project Manager
Job Description
The position involves working collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, and estimators to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of large commercial construction projects. The role requires the use of project management software and close coordination with Lead Project Managers to adhere to schedules. Additionally, the candidate will liaise with subcontractors to guarantee the project remains within financial constraints.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and estimators on project delivery.
+ Utilize project management software for project tracking and management.
+ Work closely with Lead Project Managers to maintain the project schedule.
+ Engage with sub vendors to ensure budget compliance and project completion.
+ Oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $10-50 million over approximately 12 months.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in Construction, Bidding, and Project Management.
+ Proficiency with Change Orders, RFI, and Project Engineering.
+ Knowledge in Commercial Construction and Document Control.
+ Capability to handle Construction Documents and Self-Perform tasks.
+ Experience in Ground-Up construction projects.
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Management.
+ 5 to 10+ years of experience in Construction Management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in Aviation-related construction projects.
Work Environment
The role is with a mid-sized general contractor located in the western suburbs of Milwaukee. The work environment is dynamic, focusing on large-scale projects and fostering collaboration among teams.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $57.69/hr.
