    Job DescriptionJob Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining financial data across various systems and platforms. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity and supporting the operational efficiency of our finance and compliance teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately enter and update financial data into internal databases and accounting systems.

    + Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.

    + Maintain and organize digital and physical records of transactions, reports, and client information.

    + Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency.

    + Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.

    + Assist with data audits and support regulatory reporting requirements.

    + Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma required.

    + 2+ years of data entry experience.

    + Ability to handle a large volume of work accurately and promptly.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Outlook.

    + Exceptional data entry skills, including proficiency in 10-key typing.

    + Ability to analyze and interpret technical data.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous customer service experience.

    + Exceptional organizational skills.

    + Tech background and familiarity with navigating various systems and screens.

    Work Environment

    Located in Franklin, WI, this hybrid position involves working on-site for 3 days and remotely for 2 days each week. The role requires full-time hours with an 8.5-hour shift starting at 7 am, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The training period lasts for 2 weeks.

    This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
