    Are you a detail-oriented Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical quality and provider collaboration? Logan Health has an exciting opportunity for an RN Analyst – Physician Peer Review to join our dedicated team in beautiful Kalispell, Montana!

     

    In this vital role, you’ll leverage your nursing expertise to support the Physician Peer Review process—helping ensure top-quality patient care through data analysis, provider collaboration, and clinical insights. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, tracking trends, and working closely with medical staff leadership.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.

    + BSN preferred

    + Minimum of three (3) years’ clinical experience preferred

    + Clinical background with strong communication and analytical skills.

    + Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and working collaboratively with physicians.

    Job Specific Duties:

    + Conducts thorough and timely reviews of medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness

    + Enters data with precision into designated databases, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.

    + Supports peer review processes by assisting with data abstraction, trend analysis, and record review requests as needed within assigned areas.

    + Applies strong critical thinking skills when assessing medical records and offering evidence-based recommendations.

    + Utilizes multiple computer applications effectively, following protocols specific to assigned departments.

    + Demonstrates advanced knowledge of National Core Measure Indicator abstraction requirements and standards.

    + Stays ahead of the curve by proactively keeping current with evolving core measure indicators, including volume and data specifications.

    + Gathers, interprets, and analyzes clinical data to assess processes and compliance with standards of care.

    + Communicates professionally and builds positive relationships across departments and with medical staff.

    + Follows through on identified issues in a timely, efficient manner, and actively contributes to performance improvement initiatives.

    + Assists with CMS data submission and validation, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

    Shift:

    Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)

    Schedule:

    Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
