    $99,000.00 - $165,000.00

     

    This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

     

    **Job Title:** Regional Alliance Manager

    **Employment Type:** Full Time

    **Location:** Lake Forest, CA; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA; Scottsdale, AZ

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Sales Excellence

    + The Regional Alliance Manager role is focused primarily in driving sales influenced by partners. You will be required to develop business plans with your partners that drive value for AVEVA in the region where you operate.

    + Lead comprehensive quarterly business reviews with assigned partners and analyze each partner’s performance.

    + You will be responsible for recruiting and expanding the right partners with specific expertise and market coverage, not limited to resellers, strategic solution providers, systems integrators, etc.

    + Work with cross functional teams (internal and external) to ensure timely resolution of the partners escalations and issues involving different internal teams.

    + Maintain partner competence through enablement, training and certifications, working closely with the Partner Program Team.

    + Take ownership of specific initiatives to improve overall business for AVEVA influenced by partners (i.e. pipeline growth, new logo wins, partner influenced revenue).

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum 6 years of indirect enterprise level software sales and/or partner management required with a track record of sustained success.

    + Related work experience, demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing, and recruiting high performing partners and sales.

    + Knowledge and experience of OT applications and AVEVA product lines (PI systems, Operations Control, Engineering, Asset Performance, etc.) and other operation and engineering applications would be an advantage.

    + Understanding of value added selling through SaaS subscription models to drive annual recurring revenue (AVEVA Flex).

    + Strong social and organizational skills, and ability to develop network for cross-functional working.

    + Team player and willing to learn.

    Hybrid working

     

    By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
