    We are currently seeking a Scheduler to support the development and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the FMS Team using Microsoft Project.

     

    Functional Description: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Supports training efforts through the integration of documents into Government databases. Completes travel orders in accordance with JTR regulations.

    Duties:

    + Interface with Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTL) and Project Leads to acquire schedule data

    + Input/update/status project schedules

    + Meet with Project Leads and Program Managers to discuss scheduling issues/delays/concerns

    + Present schedule data to Program Leadership at various meetings

    + Provide status reports as required to leadership

     

    Required Education: BS or BA degree in a business, management, or relevant technical discipline.

     

    Required Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience supporting the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Experience with MS Project required.

     

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

    Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054 to $115,325.33 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
