Family MedicineNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Albany, Oregon!Praxis Health is the Pacific Northwest’s leading independent healthcare network, and we are looking for an APP who shares in our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

+ Highly competitive base compensation of $120,000-$140,000 + production bonus in year two

Albany, Oregon:

Albany is at the center of a region full of possibility. If you look to the west, the Oregon Coast is full of sandy beaches. To the east, you have the mountains and forests of the Cascades.

Located in the lush Willamette Valley, Albany has plenty of options for outdoor activities including vineyards, lakes, rivers, beautiful parks, and outdoor entertainment including movies and concerts. Albany also has beautiful historical architecture, a great art scene that includes local galleries and local theater venues to see musical theater, Shakespeare, and more.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Required: Passion for Primary Care

+ Required: 1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed PA or NP

+ Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed PA or NP

+ BE/BC

General Physical Requirements

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
