Currently recruiting an Operations Research Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.
Essential Functions:
+ Assist in preparing briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, EXORDS, memorandums and official multimedia correspondence related to the DAMO-SO portfolio (CO, information warfare operations, EW, electromagnetic spectrum operations, cyber-electromagnetic activities, OPSEC, MILDEC, space, mission command networks and systems, data cloud management and implementation, and the Warfighting Mission Area).
+ Assist the Government in developing speeches, talking points, summaries, and other preparatory materials for senior leader use in Congressional testimony, conferences, panels, meetings, and other strategic engagements.
+ Participate in Army, DoD, and Joint cyber projects, studies, and workgroups, by providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
+ Assist the Government in providing weekly SITREP inputs and briefings to Stakeholders about ongoing HQDA cyberspace actions.
+ Make changes to documents based on adjudicated comments and prepare documents in publication-ready format.
+ Assist the Government in researching inquiries from Congress and other higher authorities and provide draft responses regarding any aspect of current and future programs under HQDA cognizance.
+ Support the development of briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, EXORDS, letters, memorandums and official multimedia correspondence; prepare meeting minutes/EXSUMs to inform leadership and assist in their decision making.
+ Create and maintain a Continuity Book for this position that is easily accessible to the other staff in the office area.
+ Provide administrative support that includes but is not limited to scheduling rooms, VTC sessions, maintain contact lists, and disseminating notifications, agendas, readahead packages for all DAMO-SO meetings and conferences.
+ Use effective and grammatically correct written communication skills that conform to the Army style described in AR 25- 50 and DA Memo 25-52.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Must be able to work with Government-provided software packages to include MS Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel).
+ Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
+ Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
+ Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
+ Experience working in headquarters environments on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands.
+ Proficient in planning and execution of working groups.
+ Operational experience using standard automated toolsets to monitor database performance and maintain database operation.
Required Clearance:
+ ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility
Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree required.
+ At least ten (10) years of experience required.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
