    Description

    The Patient Service Representative: Dental Site Lead supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the Health Center through managing the daily scheduling of patients, ensuring that their documentation is current and performing check-in and check-out tasks for patients. Manages dental referrals, pre-authorizations, and handling dental no-show appointments in compliance with associated policies. Works in collaboration with the Billing and Patient Services Manager as a resource for PSR-I dental program scheduling, processes, and workflow. Evaluates processes and works to improve workflows and maximize access and productivity of the clinic. Serves as a lead for projects relating to workflow originating in the Patient Service Registration area.

    Requirements

    Skills/experience to include knowledge of dental patient care, billing, access, and compliance issues. Has excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Is skilled with computers and computer applications. Gives attention to detail and possesses problem resolution skills. Has a positive attitude and high energy, is a quick learner, is adaptable to change, and is resourceful and proactive when identifying and resolving problems.

    Salary Description
