Job Description:

+ High level of precision and compliance with strict safety and building codes.

+ Inspecting and evaluating the work to determine insulation requirements and the most effective materials to be used.

+ Calculating the amount of material needed for projects.

+ Installing various types of insulation and foam spray according to manufacturer specs and safety regulations.

+ Providing recommendations on enhancing insulation to improve energy efficiency.

+ Maintaining records of inspections, work performed, and materials used.

+ Collaborating with construction teams to integrate insulation in building designs.

Qualification:

Vocational training in construction and certifications:

+ ABAA/BPQI (Building Performance Quality Institute) required

+ Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) Professional Certification Program (PCP)

+ Insulation Contractor Certified Professional (ICCP) program, which provides comprehensive training in installation techniques, building science, and safety practices.

+ Minimum 5+ years related experience in the construction industry.

+ BS in architecture, construction management or engineering field desirable or additional equivalent work experience

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
