Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a desire for continuous learning which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

**Location:** Port Richey, FL

**Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm to 5:30am

Pay Range: $15.35/hr - Weekly Pay!!

What's the Job?

+ Follow work instructions to ensure quality parts are produced.

+ Machine Operatoe experience in plastic injection molding.

+ Maintain good company manufacturing standards to produce acceptable parts.

+ Recognize and report any inefficiencies to the process technician and/or supervisor.

+ Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

+ Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization according to safety standards.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred.

+ Ability to demonstrate and encourage good manufacturing processes.

+ Strong dexterity and attention to detail.

+ Willingness to learn and seek further training and growth.
