Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity at our Mesa, AZ facility for an **SCCM Administrator!** The System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administrator manages the deployment, maintenance, and updates of software, applications, and machine images across FFEM's networks. The SCCM Admin utilizes Microsoft software program SCCM to monitor, update, and secure large groups of computers across multiple domains.

Job Description
Key responsibilities for this role include:
+ Configuring: Setting up SCCM settings, operating system deployment strategies, and Active Directory Group Policies
+ Creating: Deployment packages and in-house documentation
+ Maintaining: Configuration baselines, corporate standard images, and patching standards
+ Deploying: Images, Driver and BIOS updates, and software to users
+ Monitoring: Applications and systems for managed users
+ Troubleshooting: Deployment issues and complex incidents, works with Security team to patch vulnerabilities.
+ Ensuring system compliance and adherence to technical standards and security policies
+ Collaborate with other IT teams and business teams to achieve goals.
REQUIREMENTS
+ BS degree in Computer Science and 2+ years of experience utilizing SCCM concepts. We will also consider someone with an AS degree and 4+ years of experience or a high school diploma and 6+ years of experience with extensive technical expertise utilizing SCCM concepts.
+ Expert knowledge of the Microsoft operating system. A MCSE certification is preferred
+ Experience with desktop management platforms, imaging, and software deployment
+ Experience developing and executing IT project plans, and evaluating project information to forecast work effort
+ Experience troubleshooting complex production problems and issues that arise during deployment
+ Experience tracking hardware and software assets to ensure compliance and proper licensing
