Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our manufacturing team in Pulaski, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This position requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills and expertise in accounting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and identify discrepancies for resolution.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain alignment with company accounts.

• Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring proper classification and accuracy of transactions.

• Prepare and record journal entries while adhering to accounting standards.

• Support month-end close processes by generating and reviewing financial reports.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP for financial data management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and reporting accuracy.

• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management.

• Maintain and improve accounting procedures for operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.

• Proficiency in general ledger management and journal entry preparation.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

• Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
