Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and enhance HR functions within our organization. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, this role involves managing payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding processes, including orientations for new team members and managing necessary documentation.
• Accurately process bi-weekly payroll, monitor time off, and ensure compliance with payroll deductions.
• Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, ensuring seamless administration.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records while managing HR systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels, staying informed about regulatory updates.
• Assist in the execution of performance management processes, including annual reviews and feedback cycles.
• Coordinate training and development programs, managing schedules and tracking employee participation.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and strengthen internal communication strategies.
• Develop reports and metrics on HR activities to provide insights for leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and support organizational changes.
+ Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflow processes.
Requirements • Proficiency in HR management systems, including ADP Workforce Now and HCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
