    Position Description:

    CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV (Training Coordinator) to provide support to the FBI in Huntsville, AL.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support and coordination for the Computer Science Field Office Program (CSFOP) Training Program, which is responsible for training Field Office Computer Scientists (CSFO) and Digital Operation Specialists (DOS). Facilitate training courses in collaboration with other divisions, such as the Cyber Division, and other OTD training elements.

    • Prioritize curriculum development work in consultation with the program manager to ensure the instructional team tasks have clear goals, with weekly or bi-weekly reviews or realignment of priorities.

    • Develop an annual Curriculum Catalog (based on the fiscal year) of planned courses, updating as necessary to reflect changes in budgets or priorities.

    • Specific tasks include scheduling, recording scores, processing applications, managing logistics, arranging travel, and handling other administrative matters for the CSFOs and DOSs trained by CSFOP.

    • Research the training needs of the CSFOP community by gathering input from employees or participants and conducting surveys among CSFOs, DOSs, instructor subject matter experts, and Instructional Systems Specialists.

    • Prepare correspondence and reports concerning the CSFOP Training Program.

    • Develop, plan, and present short lectures, seminars, and information-sharing sessions in support of the CSFOP training program. Develop and maintain a library of external courses available to the CSFO and DOS community for continuing education credits, both free and paid.

    • Analyze, develop, and recommend changes in procedures related to administrative matters.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    • Active Top Secret clearance.

    • Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday.

    • Proficiency in software applications, including Windows, Adobe, and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and MS Word).

    • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    • Experience in curriculum development and instructional planning.

    • Ability to collaborate with various divisions and training elements to facilitate training programs.

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    • Strong research skills to assess training needs and gather input from various stakeholders.

    • Ability to develop and maintain a library of external courses for continuing education credits.

    • Analytical skills to evaluate and recommend changes in administrative procedures.

    • Experience in scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks related to training programs.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving clear goals and objectives.

     

    Hourly Rate: $33.81/hour

     

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
