Description We are looking for a skilled Deal Desk Analyst to join our team in Sandy, Utah. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the sales process by ensuring pricing accuracy, managing contract approvals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving efficiency in a high-tech engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate sales quotes to ensure compliance with pricing and discount guidelines.

• Work closely with sales, finance, legal, and other teams to streamline the deal approval process.

• Evaluate deal structures and provide strategic recommendations to maximize profitability while minimizing risks.

• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure agreements are executed in a timely manner.

• Track and report key deal metrics and performance indicators to support business decisions.

• Deliver training and ongoing support to the sales team regarding deal desk procedures and best practices.

• Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive sales policies and workflows.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.

• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage special projects and provide ad-hoc reports as required. Requirements • Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

• Strong analytical skills, including experience with gap analysis and AB testing.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and business process functions.

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• Experience in claim administration and related processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
