Description

Robert Half Legal has partnered with a firm in North County San Diego in search for a direct hire legal assistant/paralegal. The firm has 22 attorneys, 12 support staff, and they have been very progressive when it comes to technology and document management systems. The firm handles both transactional and litigation matters primarily around real estate. The firm also offers plenty of WFH flexibility. Responsibilities include:

+ Supporting 3 attorneys, 2 partners and 1 associate

+ Real Estate Litigation

+ E-filing and calendaring

+ Preparing and filing unlawful detainer pleadings/responses and motions

+ Preparing tables of contents and tables of authorities

+ Case management and discovery including preparing documents for production

Requirements

+ E-filing, calendaring, large scale document productions

+ Worked with a document management system

+ Comfortable billing time

+ Someone that has worked at a boutique firm

+ 5+ years of litigation experience

+ Someone that can deal with direct attorneys with different personalities

+ Strong communication skills

+ Someone comfortable with both paralegal and legal assistant duties
