    Description

    Robert Half Financial Services are currently recruiting for an Investment Operations Associate role, for a boutique wealth management firm based in midtown Manhattan New York. Our client requires 2+ years investment operations or client services experience within wealth management or private banking. Knowledge of Advent Axys, Moxy or APX is advantageous. The role is hybrid remote requiring 3 days per week working in the midtown Manhattan office (5 days in office during initial training period).

    Responsibilities:

    - Assist in daily operational processes – DTCC / Dataport / etc.

     

    - Assist in resolving trade issues across equities, fixed income, mutual funds

     

    - Communicate with custodians and/or brokers for trade allocations as needed

     

    - Securities transactions – Moxy trade entry

     

    - Data administration (Updating portfolio accounting system – Advent Axys)

     

    - Ad-hoc requests

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years investment operations or client services experience within wealth management or private banking

    + Knowledge of equities, fixed income, mutual funds

    + Knowledge of Advent Axys or APX, DTCC, REX, Moxy is advantageous

    + Bachelor degree

     

    The Operations Associate role requires 3 days per week working in the midtown Manhattan office (5 days in office during initial training period), so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States.
