Description We are looking for a proactive Paralegal to join our legal team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys in managing cases, preparing legal documents, and ensuring smooth trial preparation. Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and filings with precision to support attorneys in court proceedings.

• Organize and maintain case files to ensure easy access to critical information and documentation.

• Conduct in-depth legal research to strengthen case strategies and arguments.

• Manage data entry tasks related to case management and client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and support case development.

• File documents with courts and relevant agencies, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural rules.

• Coordinate discovery materials and assist in the creation of trial exhibits.

• Collaborate with trial teams and provide comprehensive support during trial preparation. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation support.

• Solid understanding of litigation processes and rules.

• Proficiency in cite checking and legal research.

• Demonstrated ability to prepare pleadings and manage legal documentation.

• Experience with court filings and trial preparation.

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
