    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Owner Support Services Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This hybrid role, based in Woburn, Massachusetts, requires a proactive individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting internal teams and ensuring seamless communication with external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate teams for resolution.

    • Log, sort, and redirect incoming mail and email correspondence, ensuring accurate documentation and timely forwarding to relevant departments.

    • Scan and upload critical documents such as leases, amendments, renewal notices, and landlord notification letters into Salesforce.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer and stakeholder requests.

    • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures for managing correspondence and document processing.

    • Support data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurately entered into the appropriate systems.

    • Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and provide clear, concise responses.

    • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage correspondence, ensuring all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

    • Work closely with team members to maintain a high level of service and operational efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.

    • Proficiency in data entry and the ability to handle administrative tasks with accuracy.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and attentiveness during phone interactions.

    • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.
