Family Law Firm seeking a Junior Attorney to join our dedicated team.

About Us:

Our firm specializes in handling sophisticated family law cases for high net worth clients. From complex divorces and child custody disputes to property division matters and prenuptial agreements, we provide bold and strategic representation while maintaining the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, motions, and correspondence, with a focus on family law cases.

+ Conduct thorough legal research to support clients’ cases and develop innovative legal strategies.

+ Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to represent clients during negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

+ Actively participate in financial discovery and analyze complex financial documents, including business valuations, investment portfolios, and real estate holdings.

+ Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to provide consistent updates and ensure the delivery of top-tier client service.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

+ Active membership in the California Bar and in good standing.

+ At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation or family law.

+ Knowledge or interest in family law, including asset division and spousal support.

+ Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail.
