Digital Project Manager (Contract)

Contract Length: 6 Month contract, potential extension

Hours: Average 40 hours per week

A vibrant and growing company is seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day content development for our upcoming website refresh, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Execution, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and development, as well as a freelance Designer, to bring our website content to life within our existing Shopify framework. This role requires someone who can effectively connect the dots between various stakeholders, build out timelines, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage and drive the end-to-end content development process for website updates.

+ Collaborate with the freelance Designer to build out content based on existing Figma designs.

+ Gather necessary content from internal teams, working closely with the Director of Marketing Execution and the Chief of Staff.

+ Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

+ Facilitate clear communication and coordination between all involved teams and individuals.

+ Ensure content is reviewed, approved, and stored appropriately for deployment (utilizing Google Cloud Drive).

+ Leverage your understanding of website functionality and the Shopify platform to ensure content is optimized for the website.

+ Present project updates and progress effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, ideally with a focus on website content development.

+ Strong understanding of website functionality and best practices.

+ Experience working within the Shopify platform.

+ Familiarity with Figma.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience working with freelance designers and internal creative teams.

+ Familiarity with templated website structures.
