    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a Part Time Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule for about 20 to 25 hours per week. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring efficient order management.     Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date financial records.

    • Enter and manage customer orders in QuickBooks while ensuring data accuracy.

    • Expedite orders daily to meet operational deadlines.

    • Prepare and execute regular check runs to support payment processes.

    • Assist in various accounting tasks, including document preparation for the external accountant.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

    • Utilize QuickBooks to streamline accounting functions and enhance productivity.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

     

    • Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software is essential.

    • Strong skills in accounts payable, billing, and invoice processing.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    • Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices.
