Description
Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team and help support critical HR processes while fostering a positive workplace culture. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the implementation of HR policies, handling employee inquiries, and supporting the success of the organization by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
+ Maintain and organize employee files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
+ Manage HR systems and databases, like Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
+ Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
+ Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, such as turnover rate and training completion.
+ Help facilitate training and professional development programs.
+ Support HR projects related to employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and retention.
+ Assist in administering employee benefits and rewards programs.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinating role.
+ Proficiency in HR systems, such as HRIS platforms like Workday or ADP
+ Knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations.
+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
