Role: Senior Wealth Advisor

Salary: $120-190k+ DOE + bonus + benefits

We’re excited to partner with a nationally recognized wealth management and financial advisory firm that provides comprehensive financial services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and organizations. With over $110 billion in assets under management, this firm continues to grow and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

As part of their continued success, they are looking to add a Senior Wealth Advisor to their team—someone who is passionate about delivering personalized financial strategies and helping clients achieve their long-term goals. Responsibilities:

+ Act as a primary advisor high volume of clients, offering personalized financial planning and investment advice.

+ Lead end-to-end client meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.

+ Develop customized investment strategies aligned with client goals.

+ Build lasting relationships through ongoing financial guidance and planning.

+ Respond promptly to client needs with a service-first mindset.

+ Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to team growth and performance.

+ Collaborate with Partners to ensure consistent client service and operational efficiency.

+ Maintain high ethical standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

+ Drive business growth by sourcing new clients and deepening existing relationships.

+ Independently manage client engagements and deliver comprehensive planning solutions.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

+ Series 65

+ 5+ years experience working for a wealth management or RIA firm with financial planning experience

+ CFP® or CFA designation (or on track to obtaining a CFP)

+ Experience using a financial planning software, eMoney is a plus

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
