Description
The Recruiting Assistant will support the Human Resources team by coordinating recruitment efforts, managing candidate communications, and helping ensure a seamless hiring experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in HR or recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics for candidates and interviewers
+ Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, next steps, and feedback
+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information
+ Assist with job postings across internal platforms and external job boards
+ Conduct initial resume screenings and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers
+ Support recruiters in sourcing and outreach efforts
+ Prepare reports and dashboards to track hiring metrics
+ Assist in onboarding processes as needed
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
+ 1+ year of administrative or coordination experience (recruiting or HR experience a plus)
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
+ Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
